Winter Colds
I have a helpful hint for that winter cold. When things are stuffy, dampen a wash cloth. Warm it in the microwave for a few seconds, then add a drop of eucalyptus oil to the compress. Bring this to your face and inhale. Repeat this daily. This works wonders whether you have a cold or allergies! Try it out. Also remember Chicken soup does wonders too. Drink some Orange Juice! Feel better at home with lots of rest. Here is a recipe for you to try. Homemade Chicken Soup Ingredients: 1 (3 pound) whole chicken 4 carrots, halved 4 stalks celery, halved 1 large onion, halved water to cover salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules (optional) Directions: 1.
